Readers will notice some changes to the mag format this month. It's all part of an on-going development process to bring you, the reader, a better product. We hope you like it. It appears to me that there is a very definite move by the National Ports Authority (NPA) to put an end to all boating activities on waters they ostensibly claim are theirs.This is certainly the case in Durban where recently, and without notice or dialogue with any of the clubs or boating organisations, they prohibited all fishing in the harbour - including from boats - and informed the water police to enforce this decree with immediate effect.
