Dave Hudson has always been a talented sailor. Building a distinguished career at Old Mutual meant that sailing could never be his primary focus but, despite this, he still managed to fit in a few good regattas a year, winning Olympic selection in the Flying Dutchman class in 1992 and the Lipton Cup a few years ago.
